I have fond memories of my childhood of jumping into giant puddles. The water would always splash everywhere and make the most satisfying sound as I sank through it back to the ground below. Inevitably I would become soaked with water trickling down my gumboots. I never quite knew exactly what to expect- how high would the water go? how deep was the puddle?- but I knew I would like the reaction. So I did it over and over again.
I'm an adult now and I still jump in puddles. Sometimes they are a metaphor for new adventures, other times they are actual puddles. The current puddle that I have just begun to dip my boots in is my BEd. Its an exciting time for me, full of potential and full of changes. What else could I ask for?!
This blog is my documentation on my journey to becoming a middle years teacher! So come on! Grab your gumboots, and lets make a splash!
Your blog is so creative - great job :)
